Excellent Dinner & Outstanding Service
We had a wonderful dinner experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and well prepared, with a great variety of options. The service was excellent and very attentive.
A special mention to Chef Sagar Vaishnav for his warm hospitality, friendly nature, and personal attention. He made sure everything was perfect and made our dinner experience truly memorable.

Worst Marriot ever

Terrible service and hygiene, it’s 3 pm my room is not yet cleaned, breakfast service slow, only one person to do the eggs and there were only 3 people and yet he couldn’t get it on time. they didn’t have Darjeeling tea also. The swimming pool area is the only place to hang out while my room is being cleaned and it’s 3.30pm and this area has not been cleaned as yet and since 6 am when I was here last, it’s the same mess. This hotel is not fit to be a Marriot.

Budget stay average rooms

I had an average experience.
As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I was disappointed that breakfast was not offered as part of the stay. Another concern was a bad smell in the room, which affected the overall experience.
Apart from these issues, everything else went well. The front desk hospitality was good, and the food and service were satisfactory. The rooms were decent, neat, and well maintained.
This is one of the older Fairfield properties in India, and I was told it was the first Fairfield property in the country.
So, don't expect a luxurious experience. However, if you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay with good hospitality and service, it is a reasonable option.
Overall, good stay with good service, but there is room for improvement, especially with the Gold Elite benefits and room upkeep.
