CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER

WORST EXPERIENCE - I felt cheated thoroughly - I have been given a Old , Dark , Shabby , Poor Ventilated and Very Very Small Room - Curtain on the window has not been washed last at least 5 years - Room Service was Zero against a Payment to MMT Rs 3100 Per Night- Later on I also came to know that the "Rack Rate" of the room allotted to me was Rs 1800 only - WHAT A CHEATING !!!! DONT Stay in this Hotel Ever

The property was terrible. Except for the area there is nothing to like about the property. AC’s do not work. When they work they leak water onto the bed. Linens are dirty with black mold. Bathroom floors are sticky and slippery. The room had a wet and dank smell. The hallway had cigarette smell even though the rooms were non-smoking. Faucets and bathroom fittings were very dirty. The service staff were non responsive to issues faced by us. Overall it is a health risk and waste of money to stay in this place. If it was possible we would have given a rating worse than terrible.

Good Hotel to stay

Windsor castle was having very friendly staff. I went along with my friends. We total were 10 stayed there. Staffs are friendly. Particularly front office mummy ms. Rani was very friendly to all our friends and she treated us like her own son.
