Excellent stay
If you are looking for a central, comfortable, and reliable spot in the heart of Bangalore's business district, juSTa MG Road (located at Craig Park Layout) is a solid choice. It offers a great balance of boutique charm and corporate convenience, especially for those who need to be near the Trinity Metro Station or the surrounding offices.
The room was very spacious and clean with adequate toiletries.
The Breakfast Experience
The breakfast here is best described as simple and functional. It is not a massive, overwhelming spread that you might find in a 5-star international chain, but it covers the essentials well. You can typically expect a mix of South Indian staples (like soft idlis and crispy dosas) alongside classic toast and fruit.

Worst experience : Rating: ZERO or even negative if possible
Worst Hotel Experience – Not Worth Even ₹500!
Just checked in after paying ₹5200, and the condition is pathetic. The bed and cot are of extremely poor quality, the TV is stuffed inside a cupboard, and the mini fridge is a damaged scrap piece. The room was not even cleaned properly — it smells terrible and looks very old and poorly maintained.
There’s a cheap ₹800 fan in the false ceiling, and none of the lights there are working. It feels more like a lodge than a hotel. Totally disappointed. Not worth the money at all.

I travel a lot for work at this by far has to be the worst stay I’ve experienced! There were cockroaches in the room, springs of the bed had come off. The receptionist made us wait 15 minutes because he had a personal call to attend to. Horrible service plus he asked us to pay extra. Upon that, torn towels, no dental kits or other basic aminities which any basic property is suppose to have.
Would not recommend, total waste of money!
