Fantastic little boutique hotel

Excellent location, comfortable large room , well designed and brilliant to work from , and you sleep well.
Food is okay in-house , but you are in a location that’s spoilt for choice.
The check in and check out is smooth and there is a minibar too.
This is great value for money.

Location is perfect for Brigade road. However wish we had booked the Olive.
Room was atrocious and poorly maintained. We tried to make it work for two days out of four. By the end of day 2 we had enough. Interestingly something was being done to another room opposite ours (fumigation?) which led to bugs possibly entering our room. My wife had bite marks all over her. That was the final straw. We couldn’t get away fast enough. Also, there is a night club in the same building. Be prepared for the stares from the claimed bouncers.

Okay for the price

I spent six nights here on my recent visit to the city.
The location is excellent.
Coming it around $30 USD on Agoda, I think it's okay for the price.
It was probably a very nice hotel some years ago, but now it is old, dated, and needs a remodel or a coat of paint at the very least.
However, the room and bathroom were clean enough, spacious, and comfortable enough.
The wi-fi, hot water, and air-conditioning worked okay.
Unfortunately, the room had a strong chemical smell.
I left the window open most of the time, and that helped a lot.

Hi MMT champs, greetings of the hour..!
I am a corporate guest who frequently keeps travelling for business purposes. My stay was good, thanks for the good service provided by Briten, Nazia, Vivek, Naka, Bindu and Abhay. And thanks entire staff and mango purple brigade hotel team.
Few pointers:
AC has issues like cooling.
Too many network issues as there is a building next to my room providing 004.
Thanks for the hospitality kindly improvise.

Too noisy

There is a lot of noise in the property, construction work going on and even at night time they won't stop until you start shouting at them .
Such an amazing property with such low service standards
You can't take phone calls due to noise , neither can you sleep on time .. just like a lodge.
