Horrible, Dirty with rude and disrespectful receptionist!
1. The number of cockroaches in the suite was shocking and disturbing. The moment we entered and opened the light 50-100 small cockroaches fled into corners. These small cockroaches are EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM, including in the fridge, which also does not work!
2. The state of the room is just bad! The bedsheets are all old and not cleaned well, some even torn at places, and have a musty smell to it.
3. The AC had been clearly leaking water from ages and was never fixed because there was BLACK MOLD growing from the leak site and the water was soaking the curtain under the AC!
4. No amenities were provided upon check in- well other than a plain scam because the photos online are completely different from reality! Only 2 towels and 2 tiny soap bars were given for a suite meant for 3 people after we complained and asked them to provide it!
5. THE RUDENESS OF THE RECEPTIONIST! : we checked in the morning and a different receptionist completed our check in procedure, and the afternoon receptionist was HORRIBLY RUDE, when we expressed our complaint about the cockroaches, he proceeded to tell us this is what you get for 2200+, when there was a miscommunication between himself and the morning receptionist, he was still rudely telling us don’t we know rules. After being told that the state of the room is really bad, he told us you can complain to whoever you want and walked off into a different room!
6. The lock on the suite door is OLD and near broken, and you have to use all the force possible to pull it forward while unlocking it or it won’t unlock!
The entire experience was just horrible, would never stay here again, really bad experience! I hope the owner does something about this!

Holiday
Both our bathrooms had a very bad smell.
One bathroom geyser did not work neither did they fix it during our 6night stay with them. All fan regulators did not have knobs. We could not control the speed. The kitchen cabinets were dirty. Bed covers were stained brown probably due to many guest using it. When I informed them they just turned the bed sheets the otherway round... That was very bad.
Well it is OK if u go single but not with wife and children.

A decent budget place
Area is very good. Many shops nearby. Boys bring the food, other items from outside. No problem faced during my stay.
