I had an awesome experience staying here.
Food was above the standards and there services were prompt.
In short worth every penny spent.

Worst Experience

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at [Hotel Manjeet, Hamidia Road, which was booked through Goibibo and is listed under the FabHotels chain.
According to the booking voucher, a guaranteed late check-out for extra 3 hours after the standard check out time was clearly mentioned as part of the inclusions. However, upon requesting this at the property, the hotel owner rudely denied the late check-out and refused to acknowledge the booking terms.
Despite our attempts to explain and even show the booking voucher, the owner:
Spoke to us in an unprofessional and rude manner.
Refused to speak to Goibibo or FabHotels representatives, even after we requested him to coordinate with the concerned support team.
Forced us to vacate the room immediately, and when we requested just 10–15 extra minutes due to heavy rain, he demanded additional payment.
Ultimately, he forced us out in the rain, which was extremely disrespectful, unsafe, and disappointing.
We chose FabHotels expecting a certain level of service, professionalism, and guest care. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite, and this not only disrupted our travel plans but also left us feeling humiliated.
I request the following actions:
A full explanation from the hotel and FabHotels regarding this unprofessional conduct.
A formal apology from the hotel management and appropriate action against the owner.
Compensation for the inconvenience, breach of booking terms, and emotional distress caused.

Value for money

Location of hotel is near to railway station platform no 6 (3 minutes’ walk). Staff are polite and gives good service. Ordered food is serviced in the room, I think there is no common dining area. Very secured place to stay in. I found it budget hotel which gives luxury feeling. One star less for noisy AC and absent of doormat. I recommend this hotel for couples and family stay. Will defiantly stay here if come to Bhopal again.
