I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a special mention goes to Rohan from the Front Office team. He was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my interactions with him. His warm smile, positive attitude, and willingness to assist made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest.
Rohan handled everything with great efficiency and professionalism, while also making sure all my requirements were taken care of. His excellent skills and personalized approach truly stood out.
It is team members like Rohan who make a hotel stay memorable. I sincerely appreciate his hospitality and dedication and would be happy to recommend the hotel to others. Excellent service!

Trient Bhubaneswar, not a hotel anymore for our family but another home.
We had been planning since quite a while about the trip back to Bhubaneswar but it wasn't working out due to various scheduling conflicts. Nevertheless, we finally had a last minute plan and Trident being Trident was kind enough to accomodate our request. This marks our 6th or 7th time in this hotel and needless to say, we have been coming here since my childhood. This place has, in the truest sense for us, become a home away from home.
As soon as I returned, I was greeted warmly by AnandJi, and driven to the hotel; post arrival, I was greeted by Rohan and he made sure my room check-in was a smooth and hasstle free process. I made a request for a room upgrade if possible and he promptly said he will try his best. Gestures like these are the reason we always look forward to coming to this hotel. Needless to say, though the hotel was almost full, Rohan and Shri made the impossible possible and provided us with the Junior suite as an upgrade. It is a spectacular experience that makes this stay even more memorable. Once the room was sorted, I went around the hotel and was naturally greeted with the warm and familiar faces of Sachin and Vikas. These folks are the reason we never think of any other place apart from the Trident whenever we are in this city.
I wanna really recommend to all of you to give this hotel a try and trust me, once you try it, you will become a regualar of this hotel just like the rest of us. It will become a home away from home for you as well, I can promise that.

I booked Trident for my mother’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The birthday decoration was beautifully done, and the staff treated her with so much warmth and care. My mother was extremely happy and kept praising the entire team, especially Rakshit and Aman, for their exceptional hospitality and personal attention.
