Great place to stay in goa , nice pool and amenities, go to place always in goa whenever i visit, i do prefer to visit the property again and agin , especially the jakuzee pool was too good and it was temperature controlled , thanks to the team for guiding us in the right wag

It was a pleasant stay at sinq prive. The ambience was great with very friendly staff. The rooftop had jacuzzi and swimming pool which was really enjoyable. It’s easy to travel and explore north Goa from this property as it is located in Candolim.

HORRIBLE

I would rate this property as 1.
I have booked this property for 29 June-1 July 2024, by neglicating the negative reviews posted on trip advisor. This property is horrible.
You can use this property for keeping your luggage only.
The water which is coming in the tap is yellow in colour same goes for the jacuzzi on the terrace.
Please do not book this property if you want to enjoy your stay.
I have done the biggest mistake by overlooking the negative reviews, giving a thought that it happens everywhere. Staff is very unprofessional.
The bedsheet has small pores on it and all the drains in washrooms were choked as result water was coming into our bedrooms.
Property is not maintained properly. Photos and hotel property were not exactly same as it was displayed on the Make My Trip portal.
HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL- DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAYS.

Badly maintained Hotel

Firstly, the wifi and internet connection is poor. The ACs in the gym were not working and the gym is very suffocating! Door handles malfunction. Taps open directly at full speed with water splashing all over. Water does not drain out smoothly. The service needs to be revamped. Barring 1 or 2 persons, the attitude of all the staff is of 'how not to be helpful'. If you are looking to relax and enjoy, this is not the right place
