Excellent Location in Sector 17

Excellent Location in Sector 17 , nest to all shopping / happening area , Good Rooms , Very friendly and customer centric management / Staff , Food service is good but little slow . Wifi was OK . Recommend

Pictures don't match the rooms.

Part of OYO chain, I would like to say the pictures do not match the images online. Not a single room has natural.light , basically windowless rooms.Corridoors had trash . OYO gives customer details to a 3rd party that starts calling u to make fill n complete payment post online booking , when I called OYO customer service they said they never ask for payment online!! I tried getting my refund the reception tells ro go online, when I ask on whatsapp they say u never booked on our app, trying booking but payment getaway sent as combination of booking and Oyo.I believe I am scammed by a filthy hotel pretending to be.posh. The Market complex where it's located is also quite dirty not the images they are showing. Basically never ever book oyo because their customer service sucks they keep.u in loop for your booking details on phone ! But when it comes to asking for payment they magically have all your information.

The hotel is situated in sector 17 chandigarh. A good hotel in every sense . Recommended. Staff behavior is good. Ambience is good. Location is good. 500 meters from chandigarh bus stand 0 meter from sector 17 market. Rooms are cleaned and cosy. Room service is also good. Recommended

Very pathetic response by hoteliers.

Very pathetic response by front office staff , They saw you other room , Allote you other room n finally they change about price also, that u have to pay this extra charge bcz if u pay card or UPI then then extra money they will charge . If u pay cash then they just making fraud .
