Ms Sushmita, As a regular guest I am so satisfied with them they are so polite, also they all are so helpful We had an excellent stay at Hotel ambassador pallava and would highly recommend it. We stayed for , and throughout our entire visit, the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
