● Greeted and looked after by the ever smiling and radiant Shivani, Bobita, Dachy, Wanda, Rohit at the reception. (Special shout out to Shivani and her girl gang for effeciently managing the accommodation of our group of 45+ guests)
● Kept well fed with their warm meals and even warmer hospitality by Restaurant Manager Devendraji with his team Komal, Shisha, Ibaan, Wanlam Chef Prakash n his cooking team
● Given a clean and cozy room each day by the kind, polite and prompt housekeeping staff.
● Kept sane and going by the alert and helpful security guards who were more than happy to assist us in communicating with the autorickshaw drivers.
What more does one need to have a comfortable and memorable stay at any foreign place. And how many times do you remember the names of almost each person of the hospitality team taking care of you.
This was our experience at Ginger Hotel , IIT Madras, Research Park campus. We returned home with our minds full of new experiences and learnings (from the work for which we had been there) and our hearts fuller (from the warmth of Ginger people)

Rooms are not very good, especially some rooms. Don’t have a window and our claustrophobic.
The rooms are not good. So the rooms don’t have a window and our claustrophobic. They have a strong stench of mold. And there are cockroaches everywhere. The water is dirty in the taps.
