I had a great stay at M Stays!

Excellent stay! Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Convenient location. Love the fridge inside and the table where I can work on my laptop. Good spicy food. Will be back in this hotel soon...

They are fraud.

Please don't book this hotel. This hotel don't maintain your privacy. They leaked your personal details and misused your id proof details for personal purpose.worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.

The room and bathroom was really clean but the mattress protector had full on stains and when we allowed them to change out the Bed sheets was changed and the duvet was so thin and the AC went were also broken
Apart from that the place is actually good

REFUND NOT DONE

Worst experience with the refund process. Its been four months since I cancelled the room still they have not done the refund. In spite of multiple calls and mails nobody from the team has responded properly. POOR MANAGERS. POOR RESPONSE.
PLEASE DONT PAY IN ADVANCE. They will not bother about the refund amount, if you cancel the room.

Bathroom was stinking when we entered. Toilet seat would stand up. Toilet roll not given even after calling the reception. Delayed delivery of coffee orders. Room had no windows and was adjacent to a conference hall which had a big noise leak from the event.
