Family stay in Radisson Blu

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Chennai! The hospitality throughout our visit was top-notch. A special shoutout goes to the breakfast team—the morning spread was wonderful, and the service was exceptionally attentive. The housekeeping team also did a flawless job, keeping our room immaculate and comfortable every single day. Above all, every staff member we interacted with was remarkably polite, courteous, and warm. Their genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable and relaxing. We had an outstanding experience overall and will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to Chennai. Highly recommended!

I stayed one night at "Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre hotel, i am not ok with the service and the maintenance of the bathroom. I did late check-in, once i did check-in front desk person helped me on getting into my room.
Room was maintained well and it was good. We spent an hour and after that i went to wash room,
I could see the toilet was used by someone and it was not cleaned and flushed. When i called the front desk they said they will send the person to clean. after some time this was solved.
After an hour we tried to connect the Wifi it was not working. when i try to call the front desk they updated my Surname and asked me to login after refreshing the page. I tried the same way but that did not worked out.
Since the bathroom was cleaned i went to the restroom again. to wash my hand i use the hand soap but there is no hand soap it was empty.
When i tried the front desk multiple time no one picked up. I directly walk into the front desk at the midnight and informed about this. they said will be taken care.
same time i checked about the Wifi they verified and they provided alternate way to use the wifi.
Overall they Room was neat and clean and the Breakfast was nice and the service was good.
Service and the treating the guest needs to be improved lot.
