Very good budget hotel

I stayed at this guesthouse with a friend for 4 days. Everything was clean and the room looked very good. There was enough space and the bed felt nice. The only minus was that there was no hot water. But this problem was solved as the employees could give us a bucket with hot water. The location of the guesthouse is not close to the city centre, but there are plenty of buses stopping in front of the hotel.
Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Hospitality

I have not booked through trip advisor, but thought of sharing my recent experience. I booked the hotel By visiting the hotel in person. Two of us stayed there and we paid the amount in advance as they asked. But the second day, one of their administration person was shouting at us saying that we have not informed them about the number of person staying. Actually thats not the fact and the way they handled is ridiculous and with this experience, I won’t recommend anyone to opt this hotel to stay.

The low cost option in K K Nagar

It is worth the money to start with. The rooms are basic but functional. There is no restaurant and food has to be outsourced. But the staff provide food in the room. It is bit difficult to locate as it is behind a small hospital (Arun Vijaya Hospital). A few places of worship are located close by and that is about the only charm. Good restaurants are a bit far but there is good transport connectivity by means of city buses and share autos.

Worth for money

Our family has spent three nights at the guest house.I have booked it via agoda website.First, i have booked only for two days and then I have extended our stay at on the premises.At this point I have faced a problem with the manager, He asks me to pay more that what i payed online.So if you go there , Better to book online.You can reach there around 15min from the airport and Tnagar only 10min away.(Before 9Am) .I have requested extra bed, Only I got one mattress. Dont expect another bed, Even they mention in web site.But overall Its a good place.
