I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive.
During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour.
However, my biggest concern is the early morning noise. For three consecutive days, loud local music started at around 5:50 a.m. This seriously affected my sleep, especially as an international traveler dealing with jet lag.
I like this hotel and have stayed here regularly for a long time, but unless this issue is addressed, I may choose a different hotel on my next visit.
