Grand.

What a grand place. Far from the crowds, but very accessible, just a bit to the left off the highway when headed towards Theni. Superb views en route; even better ones from the resort itself. Very well maintained grounds, lots of space to walk around and take in the atmosphere.
Rooms are very well kept, including the bathrooms, which are properly stocked. Comfortable bedding. Views from the verandah/balcony are perfect, overlooking the beautiful Anayirankal dam catchment area. Can catch the sun rising over the hills bordering the area. Perfect.
Great service, really good food; dinner served in a beautiful setting, huts in a line, close to the bonfire, lit every evening. Lively music, guest choices are entertained, too.
And a perfect little pool; clean towels, and changing rooms and showers; hot and cold water.
And most importantly, warm and friendly staff, makes one feel so welcome, right from check-in.

Calm and Clean Resort

Superb resort. We were a group of 19 pax and all were very happy with the service they offered. Food was good, room was clean. Great hospitality.

Outstanding Stay & Memorable New Year’s Celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Siena Village, which coincided with their New Year’s Eve celebration. We were delighted to be part of the hotel’s private New Year’s event, which was exceptionally well organized and truly memorable. The food service was excellent, and the evening’s program added a festive and joyful atmosphere to our stay.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by the staff, followed by a personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Susheel P. M. What stood out most was his thoughtful presence—he took the time to personally welcome and interact with every guest, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention provided.
The property itself is beautiful, offering serene outdoor views that our family thoroughly enjoyed. Combined with outstanding hospitality and attention to detail, our stay was both relaxing and special.
We would highly recommend Siena Village to anyone looking for a memorable and well-hosted experience, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Old and Tired

Awful road to the resort, truly very uncomfortable drive. Checked in , taken to room, broken door lock, dingy damp bedding, broken light so we asked to be moved which we were but not much of an improvement.
The hotel is very remote as it was a hill station and it has no bar which we were not advised of. Food very mediocre and certainly not international cuisine which we were told it would be.
Staff were pleasant bit overall a very disappointing stay.
