Badly managed, far from what it looks in photos
This place is located off the highway and should be approached through the service road. I booked a room going by the photos of the room and some reviews posted on tripadvisor. Since I had booked the previous night, I didn't have many options to choose from and found only non-AC executive room type.
At the reception was a bored and disinterested person doing check-ins. Furniture at the reception was quite old. The register they maintained for tourist entries was a simple student notebook with barely any details or any proof of the identity of the tourists. Computer was defunct and they could not get my details from the online booking.
We were given a room & amidst confusion they gave us an already allotted room which they quickly changed. Then we got another room with a broken cot & a hole in the wall. When asked, they said that's how it was and nothing to worry about. Bathroom door had no lock or handle and the commode had a broken flush. After complaining, they changed the room in the evening, which was bigger. Flooring in this room was badly damaged, wall mounted AC was damaged beyond repair (though not required for a non-AC room). Bathroom had no hot water even after letting out more than 50 ltrs of water. Finally, we had to manage with luke-warm water for bathing. Walkways were old and staircase landing area was used as a storage / dumpyard.
When we went to the dining hall for lunch, there was not a soul. When we went out, a man came running from the small pan shop which he was maintaining (shop was managed by the hotel) asking us to come back. Dinner was reasonably good. A rat was roaming in the dining area which no one paid heed to, despite informing them. Person serving us was energetic and intent to serving good food. Food was way too expensive. Even bigger cities like Bangalore have much lower prices for the menu this hotel had.
They had parking area to park around 10 cars and a few 2 wheelers. They had a small lawn near the parking area.
Overall, not worth the price, not well maintained and a hotel with disinterested staff (especially the reception). This is by far the worst hotel I have visited from the time I started reviewing on tripadvisor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid staying at this hotel
This hotel is located on the service road beside the highway. It was a 2 or 3 storey building with a garden restaurant (as option) and with a mid-sized parking lot. Could accommodate 10~12 cars.
Reception was hardly receptive. I had booked a room online and they had to search for sometime in their records if I had really booked. Like old town hotels, I filled in the details in their big register. This is not a problem because many hotels still have the old ways.
We were shown a room which looked shady and dilapidated, leaking taps in the bathroom, and commode flush system not operational. When we complained, they made us shift to another room which was equally dilapidated. Room was quite big though. AC was broken, hot water was on and off.
Restaurant was small and they took a long time to serve any food ordered. Only thing I found good there was watermelon juice.
We had the fastest hotel check-out in these years - we just gave back the room key, the person at the reception said OK and we walked out.
Avoid staying in this hotel by any means possible. They need a thorough overhaul of the entire facility and staff need to be made more receptive.

Decent for the location
Had an overnight stay on 13th September, 2020. It's a decent property on the Mumbai - Bengaluru highway for travellers looking for a night stay. Do not expect quality and service at par with hotels situated at a tourist destination. Food quality can be improved though.

Avoid stay at this hotel
Better avoid staying at this hotel, very expensive.They shall realise how good their competitors are and shall render good services. Average hygiene, poor lighting in rooms.such a bad experience I have faced during my stay and After that stopped visiting this hotel

Poorly maintained place
This is a hotel that has seen better days and is well past its prime and has probably lost its steam after it has found itself below the flyover on the National Highway!
It is a very ordinary place and is clearly not well maintained. The ''White'' towels are all off colour. The bathroom is pathetic. The beds are too soft and sinky and leave you with a sore back.
If all these were not enough, people smoke in the corridors.....the smell hits you hard as soon as you step out of the room. There are people talking loudly in the corridors late into the night - so getting some decent sleep is very hard.
It is essentially a roadside ''Lodge'' in the garb of a hotel- you would expect something significantly better for the price you pay
