Best Forest Stay Experience
Loved the stay here!! It’s right in the jungle, so you really get that forest vibe. Food was tasty, service was great, and the whole place feels awesome. Perfect spot to chill and enjoy nature!!!

Lost in a coffee plantation forest
The location is secluded in the middle of a coffee plantation and the personnel young and professional. The food was good. We were in the middle of the week for one night. The finish of the build is approximative (the door frame of our room missed attachment to the wall), nevertheless the room hosted a very big space, comfortable beds and very decent bathroom and balcony.
We were in January, we used the heater, the night was chilled. The elephant repellant sound system played all night in forest. There is not much to do around except to enjoy peace, forest silence and nature.

Our one-day stay at the hotel was quite average.
Our (2 rooms with 4 people) one-day stay at the hotel was quite average. From check-in to customer service, Wi-Fi, and food, everything felt below expectations. I was especially surprised by the poor overall service. The property itself has very limited activities—you can’t even go for a simple walk. If your goal is to explore Valparai, this is not an ideal place to stay.

Worst resort visited till date
We initially booked this resort for 2 nights but hqd to check out after 1 night. Reasons are as under:
1. Poor wifi
2. No water supply
3. Tv was there but i was not working
4. Dirty resort
5. Dirty bed sheets and towels came to our room after multiple reminders.
6. Very very poor service
7. Mosquitos in the room and no mosquito repellent was provided.
8. No privacy doors were not closing properly.
9. Locks were broken.
10. Nothing much to be done here except for the view.
Only thing good was the jungle view and route to the resort and all the positive reviews are fake . Please don’t waste your money by visiting this resort.

Feel the Nature, Experince mountain view, tea plantation view while reaching the resort, if you are lucky you spot Huuu
Unplug from the city, good time and nice ambiance with neat rooms.. exception forest view, mid of the forest with no noise pollution, felt the fresh air of nature... thanks to all the staff of Ibex Resorts, Valparai (Mistly) for taking such a good care of us.., Kudoos to team.
