Great Stay | Great Place

Stayed at the Courtyard in Colva an was left amazed with the service and professionalism
Check in was a breeze and the room was kept ready with all the requirements we needed. The room had a beautiful view of the Colva beach and was kept immaculately clean.
The restaurant was neat and well done. This is an appreciation of the staff, Clivon, Meenakshi and Bhumika, you guys are powerhouses and the attention to detail, precision in service is impeccable.
Thank you Chef Raja for your attention.
The food is very good and they even customize it basis your dietary requirement.
The room housekeeping is great- thanks Edwin for all your service.
Over all this place deserves a 5star + rating.

No AC at night

Reviewing the stay while currently staying in the hotel. Their biggest issue is ac. Entire hotel is super chilly, but when it comes to night they switch off AC and that too of rooms. It's logically impossible that during the day same room AC is working totally great and at night it makes u sweat like an animal. Traveling with a 3 year old and hell disappointed.
AC is a basic necessity which was not provide; a good comfortable sleep this hotel failed to deliver. The room AC temperature lowest was 20degrees, on complaining they set it at 18 degree. At 18 degrees the room should have been damn chilly, while my daughter was sweating.

Last month, my husband and I dined at your restaurant. While the food was good and the atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was unfortunately quite poor. The server who attended to us, Meenaxi, exhibited a completely unacceptable lack of professionalism; we could distinctly smell alcohol on her. We certainly did not expect this level of service from a brand like Marriott. I hope this issue will be addressed, as we look forward to experiencing much better service during our next visit.

Decent stay

This is smaller Marriot in Goa in the middle of a residential area and just 5 mins walk from the beach. The place is clean and well maintained. The rooms are big and spacious. We tried their breakfast and dinner buffet and both were average.
It is a good stay for families for short and hassle free vacations!
