GREAT LOCATION , VALUE FOR MONEY

We have been going to colva , Goa every year for nearly 30 years and always stayed in Goa tourism owned Colve Residency but this the Goa government decided to demolish and then rebuild it as per modern architecture and design so they stopped taking online bookings from june 1st . i decided to stay in this hotel and made my booking though i had my fingers crossed but as the location was equally good as colva residency i felt i can take the chance . ...............
And WOW , i was pleasantly surprised when i reached . Riya at reception gave us a warm and quick check in smiling all the time . i was very happy with the room i was alotted ....nice , spacious , clean bathroom with AC , fridge and tea /coffee maker . They have a in house car / bike rental facility . Nice restaurant and a bar and sufficient parking . GM Manoj is very nice and cooperative . Perfect place to enjoy your morning dip in the beach and enjoy the evening food stalls at colva circle in the evening . We shall definitely come again next year .

Horrific experience.

The worst experience of a lifetime .
We checked in by 2pm.and were alloted 2 rooms room no 212 amd room no 201. Immediately on check once I got to my room 201 we found small cockraches moving around. Informed the receptionist who inturn informed the housekeeping staff. He bought some hit spray and naphthalene went through rhe mention. Anyways I dound myself w
