Worst Property

If you book this property even after reading this review, you will regret. Worst property I ever stayed in my life. No toilet seat,flush not working, lot of bugs and spider, stinky bed sheets and pillow. Water blockage in washrooms.No Parking,No restaurant. Broken beds and chairs. I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and I got a dormitory with no privacy. It's very difficult to spent 1 night. Immediately booked another property and shifted the very next morning. Property owner is very rude. No help from him. Even . You may find some positive review but all are Fake. I have done the biggest mistake and spoiled a day of my Trip. Don't book the property even for a day. No towels provided, bed sheets are torned and they don't provided help even for 1 night. Owner is the biggest liar as he told everything is good to Agoda. If you think you will be out whole day and will come to sleep, you will not be able to sleep properly. Very old property and pictures shown must be taken the day they inaugurated. I made a mistake to book looking into few positive comments. My kids got rashes in whole body in just a night sleep.

Its not resort. its basic home stay. Rooms are over priced.

1. We stay there with family on 25 Dec 2019 night.
2. It's not resort. Its a hotel with basic rooms.
3. Room charges high as compared to the room.
4. The balcony was covered with Teen shade and It was not good.
Due to this, Too much cold air coming the whole night. Very difficult to sleep at night due to this cold air.
5.No proper construction of rooms. The only modification of rooms to make room big.
6. Breakfast was very less. Idly and Pongal only. Tea served is not good. It's smelling badly.
Tea garden view was good.

Our Annual Picnic debacle

We were actually a team of 21 families with 44 members who booked the place but only 19 families with 40 members made it for the trip. In spite of that all families could not be accomodated in separate rooms. The construction is such that all the rooms are not bath attached and the bathrooms have to be shared and hence there is no privacy . That is either one bathroom is to be shared by inmates of 2 rooms or 2 bathrooms by inmates of 3 rooms. There is no storage facility such as racks in all the bedrooms .
The route to the place is also narrow and we had to shift from a larger bus to 20 seaters which took a long time as they had arranged only one vehicle.
Moreover ,we lost precious time waiting for vehicles which were arranged by the management both in the morning and in the afternoon when we were to check out and as such we had to cancel our list of places intended to visit.
Food was provided and it can be rated as good .
Congested place not ideal for a relaxed holiday. Ambience is very poor. Only fit for students or budget travellers.
