Exceptional Hospitality & Memorable Stay.
An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hospitality was outstanding, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and every staff member was warm, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.
A special thanks to Muskan for her kind, courteous, and professional behavior. She made us feel genuinely welcome and added a personal touch to our experience.

Unforgettable Hospitality with Bright Potential! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay at The Planter’s Heritage, Darjeeling was wonderfully smooth and memorable, thanks to Shri Surajit Maity and his fantastic team! Mr. Prabhakar made us feel instantly at home at reception, Ashnath Rai hosted a brilliant Second Flush tea-tasting on the Sun-deck, Shri Vijay lovingly customized our meals, and Ms. Arogya Rai made checkout a breeze. To elevate this charming getaway even further, extending the heritage theme with soft instrumental music, adding anti-skid bathroom floors, covering the Sun-deck smoking area against monsoon rain, and tackling window mold from the damp weather would work wonders. Monsoon guests would also love indoor perks like a themed bar, live music, or games, alongside restored Wi-Fi, expanded DTH channels, a wider, budget-friendly menu, and a bit of street beautification near the hospital approach. We are so grateful to the entire staff for their warm, top-tier hospitality and can't wait to see this property shine even brighter on our next visit!

Darjeeling, a Bollywood fiction from yesteryears.
A lovely place to stay with fantastic view of Kanchenjunga but sadly we were here during the monsoon season so mountain were covered with mist and fog.
The place has a heritage feel with spacious rooms, well maintained with all amenities. No fans or AC but with the beautiful weather here, it is not required.
The restaurant serves sumptuous multi cuisine breakfast. The chef and servers were very helpful and pleasant and the dinner (al carte) was curated to perfection.
Overall we had a very good stay. Thank you to all the staff at The Planter’s Heritage.
Situated right in the middle of the town on Chouk Road. The place outside the hotel is bustling with tourists and shoppers. Restaurants, shops and hawkers are jostling each other for space.
All activities and places of interest are a stone throw away but you need a vehicle to take you around. The road is narrow and traffic chaotic. The taxi stand is just one street below.
Wear proper foodwear because of the uneven terrain and also for the filth around.
Darjeeling is dirty and very badly maintained. A beautiful hill station spoilt by uncivilized tourists and lack of civic sense of the general public. It has been stretched to its limit by haphazard constructions and unlimited vehicles. The government paid no heed to maintain its pristine beauty.

Whenever I visit Darjeeling, I will stay at this hotel and I will also recommend others to stay here too. They also have their hotels in Siliguri and Gangtok. The food is very nice, and no matter how much we praise the staff, it would still be less
