Relaxing place
A very serene place. Our room had a hill view and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. The garden is a great place to chill and the naturalist conducted an informative bird walk at 630 am. The food was great and authentic. We had Nepali one day, Chinese, Italian on the other days. Very attentive staff.

Our stay at Singel Tea Estate was truly exceptional and exceeded every expectation. Nestled amidst breathtaking tea gardens, the estate offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, heritage, and warm hospitality.
The highlight of our visit was the incredible team. A special thanks to the Manager for ensuring every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. The Chef deserves special appreciation for preparing delicious, fresh, and authentic meals that were a delight every single day. Every member of the hospitality and support staff was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made us feel completely at home.
They have a wonderful team of Naturalists who are always there to help you sight exquisite Natural Flora and Fauna with a wide range of beautiful birds and insects habitant to the Himalayan Range. The Nature walks with them was truly exceptional.
The peaceful surroundings, well-maintained property, and personalized service created an experience that was both relaxing and unforgettable.

The Perfect Solo Retreat
I stayed at Singell Tea Estate for an entire week, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The property is beautiful, and its stunning surroundings make the experience even more special. The rooms are spacious, clean, and exceptionally well maintained.
The food was excellent throughout my stay. I tried their local cuisine, Indian dishes, and Italian food, and every meal was delicious.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible warmth by the General Manager, Mrs. Theresa, Head Naturalist Karthick, and the entire team. A special thank you to Arpan, Ruchi, Dawa, Komal, Rakesh, and Anita, whose kindness and hospitality made my stay truly memorable.
What I loved most was the team of naturalists. I went on three short and long guided trails through the estate, and each one was a wonderful experience. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the flora, fauna, and history of the estate. My itinerary was completely flexible, and the team happily accommodated every request I had.
I also had a minor fall during my stay, and the care shown by the staff was exceptional. They immediately made sure I had everything I needed, and I felt incredibly well looked after.
The car and driver (Santosh) arranged through the property were also excellent. The car was clean and comfortable, and Santosh was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to travel with. I would especially recommend this service for solo travellers.

Wonderful
Our stay was truly memorable. The hospitality was exceptional and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was excellent with a great variety that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully done and very comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

A trip that we all will cherish for a long long time
We went to Singell last month. We were a large group of 11 couples and booked the entire property for 3 nights. We obviously had heard about the place and had high expectations but our holiday exceeded all of that. The place is very nice and new and well maintained and the view is great but what sets it apart is the hospitality. The staff there are just too good. Extremely courteous, helpful and attentive to your needs. Every meal we had was different and tasty. I would strongly recommend the place to anyone who loves the hills
