Four Day Stay at Summit Mall Stone

The hotel is at the best possible location just behind Mall Road and beside Gleneries.
The atmosphere was really amazing due to the weather here.
The rooms were well clean and well stocked at all times.
The ameneties provided were more than enough. It had 3 different types of tea, 24/7 hot water, electric kettle and on point service round the clock.
The attendants and staff helped us throughout our stay in whatever way we wanted. Vinayak, Jeet, Prajakta, Kamala, Nikita were among the ones who were extremely helpful and mindful of our needs. The room cleaning and stocking of ameneties was never a problem.

House keeping staf fast service and all amites provide room is very need and clean washroom is very clean special jitand kamala, nikita, greshmi, vinyak, thanks you visit again

We are staying summit mall stone hotel very nice and cozi .restaurant staff very helpful especially Romika and upashana food was excellent..room was good near to mall road..

Experience at Summit Mall Stone

It was an amazing experience at the hotel. From the booking process to checkin it was all hassle free...the staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful in receiving us with special mention to Sheetal and Rohit at the reception...the rooms were very cozy and clean with a vintage hill cottage vibe...the housekeeping service was very efficient. The food was amazing worth every bit the price and the resturant service specially Romika and other staff of the resturant were very helpful as we were travelling with a two year old the arranged his food very homely and tasty and healthy. And also as we were travelling for our baby's bday the hotel arranged a pretty good decoration on the rooftop cafe and with an amazing bday cake prepared by the resturant compliments to the Chef...The location of the hotel is very convenient just below the mall road and near the taxi stand just two buildings down from keventers...Overall it was an amazing experience...will be back again someday...
