Highly recommanded!

Stayed here one night because I had the next day a train to New Delhi, but would have loved to stay longer. Very clean and spacious room, very good shower. (not like in most Indian hotels with a small geiser that is empty before you have washed your hair!). They have a nice outdoor swimming pool where you can also relax in all kind of chairs. If you want a quiet room: ask a room on the backside and you will hardly hear anything from the traffic. The Wifi is good and secured. I highly recommand this hotel, it's one of the best I ever had during all my travels through India since the early 1980's !!! Trainstation New Jaipalguri is about 30 minutes with TukTuk from the hotel. I didn't have breakfast but the eveningmeal (Vegetable Biryani) brought to my room was very good!

Nice property although offbeat, but worst food quality.

The property is well built, although it's in offbeat location in Bypass.
The rooms are neat and clean,room for improvement in bathroom amenities.
The food is a total disaster.Their breakfast buffet seen in utube is a gimmick and what you get is totally different.
The breakfast buffet had very very less options, flies all over in the cut fruit and bread.
Tasteless food , dry upma, super oily sauted veg,vand macroni tossed in oil, hard idli, most importantly they are serving rotten chutney and they don't bother.
The food had ruined the property, it was a diaster experience for me .
Every year from 1995 i visit siliguri in my 30 years i never had a bad dining breakfast buffet experience.
I will never ever visit or recommend this property to anyone.

Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Stopped here for one night after travelling by train from Kolkata before moving on to Darjeeling. The hotel was adequate for our stay with a good reception area and check in procedure. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable with the bathroom being ok with a good shower. We ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast was in the enclosed terrace on the 4th floor and although the choice was obviously aimed at the domestic market there was enough there for us to have enough to eat. All staff we had dealings with were polite and friendly.
