Unprofessional attitude

Had an overnight stay at Shivoham Retreat Dehradun on the 13th of July. Their approach towards guests is completely unprofessional. This homestay is part of group CareMyTrip and Shiv Parivar Resort, Uttarkashi. My advice be cautious while dealing with them because of false assurances and unsatisfactory services.
