Best hotel in Deoria

This hotel is the best hotel in Deoria city and near by railway station . The rooms are good . The staff was very good. Front office executive Mr. Manish Upadhyay is friendly and he know very well how to handle customers and fulfill there requirements according to there needs.

Not Recommended due to Staff Conduct

There were issues due to limitations of this hotel to accept mode of payment. Guests were made to wait despite having a flight to catch. What could have been done in 5 minutes using GPay, Paytm or other modes, took about an hour and endless, pointless discussions.
It is an embarrassment despite the property.
I have experienced much better service in other hotels in this area.

VERY GOOD HOTEL

The person at reception are rude when manager is on leave or not in hotel, otherwise very good hotel.all other staffs are well behaved, food is fantastic little bit higher in price as there is no other option left in the city

there's no doubt that this is the best property in Deoria but this is limited to the property only. The attitude and behavior of reception staff is more than awful. I had booked this hotel for 14th march check-in through an online portal and on 5th my colleague had confirmed from a reception staff abt giving the room if I check in at around 830 hrs to which on that day he was in affirmation but on the day of check in the reception staff was just too rude to the extent that I am welcome only after 12 noon otherwise pay half day charges extra and stay. Too pathetic.

Best quality hotel in Deoria

Its near Railway station
City centre ,Moti mahal delux restaurant all in one complex
Ambiance and reception at 1st floor,Dedicated peoples are at Reception
Rooms are good and with all modern facility,AC,INTERCOM,good quality bed and pillow,WIFI and Cable TV
packaged drinking water 1 bottle,room service and food service is there
Food quality is excellent
Now concerns
1.AC not having remote so every time power cut and generator on you have to restart The AC ( Pathetic )
2.No fridge in ROOM
3. Only soap and small 3 bottle given as Toiletries,NO Tooth brush,NO Shaving Kit ( Pathetic)
4.No room slipper has been given ( pathetic)
5.Many times room service and cleaning done after 4 PM ( need to be done ASAP or before 1)
6.The person at reception are rude when manager is on leave or not in hotel
Parking is in underground
Baskin Robbins parlor is just adjacent to hotel at 1st floor
Power back up 24X7 is there
This is the BEST Quality hotel available in Deoria
