Most amenenities like towels coffee sachets were not provided we have to ask for it
Staff at the reception are sleeping or what i have already checked out and after 3 hrs they r calling me again to check out..iManager they dont know tge policy of expedia inspite of paying the amount to expedia I have been sent an email from tge hotel to pay again in their bank..
When i called the hotel saying why I have been sent an email to pay again the manager was shouting and was very rude asking me to contact expedia and take my money back from expedia
When i said no..the manager was like we have nothing to do with expedia and i have been sent a fraud email from expedia..
Other staff was very good
