Disappointed

We were in Erode just for a night. We reached in the evening around 5 pm from Ooty and next day morning we were having train for Pune. They said they are having only suit rooms (Tariff Rs 1800). We booked two suits expecting good service and comfortable sleep but they proved us wrong. First of all they dont know what the service is. The bedsheets were not clean and there were stains on them (in both the rooms). When we asked them to replace our bedsheet that guy brough another dirty bedsheet from other room. Washbasin was broken and was fixed with Adhesive tape. (imagin this is Rs 1800 room). Ac was making so much of noise that customer would switch it off. They did not take any action till 11pm and finally we switched it off and used fan instead. These small small things we need to check before paying advance. Moreover those people do not know any language other than Tamil. I paid Rs 3600 as advance and they did not give any receipt. At the time of checkout we asked for the bills but they kept us waiting for 20-25 minutes and finally we left outherwise we would have missed our train. They have a restaurant which is closed and only BAR is open. Do not go by the pictures they have displayed on various websites.
