Foodsome Awesome

We had a very good experience when we came to dine here! The food menu was curated so well to fit your taste buds and also bring nostalgia to the food taste.
So we called on to meet Chef Padam and he made our experience even better.
With cordial serving by Mr. Amit, it was a wholesome experience to dine at Gift City Club

Lot of Loop hols

Need allot improvement, They are charging enough to provide good buffet spread, Cleaning hygiene missing. Room cleaning could also be improved bed sheets were not cleaned properly.
Location is on 7th floor but there will be no assistance how to reach their no luggage assistance.

Water flow very slow
Bed sheets and pillows are stained and yellow
No problem in restaurant 👌

Staff was Nice but No Value for Money

It has been an average stay with 7 Wonders No Doubt staff was Good but few very basic and essential things were missing.
Pros - Staff was good and, I was provided with GST bill where MMT Couldn't help us. One of the room has AC noisy sound hence they have shifted my room to one of the better room where I slept comfortably. On check out I ws offered Lemon water when it was required the most because it ws too hot outside.
Cons - Location is not appropriate and no assistance on Main Porch you will not be able to rech the hotel reception because no where it is written that it is on 7th Floor. No luggage assistance during check in.
Room was not cleaned properly, AC was too noisy I couldn't sleep till 3:00Am, Breakfast buffet was really no option very limited on top of that basic hygiene was missing. Plates and bowls cleaning and all.
Linen in the room was not cleaned properly.
Alot of improvements required, No Value for money.

The property is conveniently located and has well-kept rooms, the staff is courteous and helpful, and breakfast has a limited variety and is served warm or prepared hot. I recommend this property to business travelers looking for a comfortable location in Gandhinagar.
