Poor substandard quality of rooms and food, Mrs Bhutia is a dangerous person who is associated with fraud Easo Trip

Remotely located from city. Poor quality substandard rooms with leaky wash basins spilling dirty waste water on entire floor of bathroom and having junk furnitures, served stale food, charged Rs 300 for a single bowl of stale rice. Mrs Bhutia in connivance with the tour agency Easo Trip had kept senior citizens as captive by locking the collapsible exit gate of hotel staircase despite the fact the guests had paid full rents in advance to Easo Trip which in turn was supposed to pay Mrs Bhutia of Yangkhyl Residency hotel as Easo Trip booked the hotel for the guests who paid all expenses in advance.
