Small, Clean, spacious rooms and friendly hotel. Absolutely value for money.

Around 45 min to an hour from Dabolim airport and a bit more from MOPA. The location is right on main road. Nice and spacious rooms, with a small balcony, where two people can sit out and enjoy a cup of tea. The food served in restaurant is very fresh and delicious.

We recently stayed at this property for 3 nights. It is located beside the main road in Corlim. It has parking for half a dozen cars within its premises. The security guard is present. The hotel is neat & clean. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff is courteous. The girl and the boy at reception have smiling faces.
The food is good and the service is quick. We liked the balcony adjoining the room where one can sit, sip a cup of tea and enjoy the beautiful nature around. One can watch a variety of birds including peacocks on the surrounding trees and greenary.
Overall a recommended place to stay in Corlim, Goa.

Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in.
The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote.

Worth Stay

Well furnished new home. I stayed for four days. To be honest, worth stay. Hospitality is to be well appreciated. Enjoyed the stay. Very good Service. Easily moving and smiling servants and staff. But food is very costly in the restaurant. I recommend to give preference to this home for the stay.
