River touch, scenic view, beautiful atmosphere

This, Serene Waters, location is best, river touch with good cooperative staff, viz, Benny the Manager,and Shankar/ Gopal. VERY peaceful hotel ,with superb river view. BENNY! IS Man Friday. Will definitely come come with all my family. APPRECIATED. Regards Saturn

Laid back and enjoyed the serenity!

Serene waters lived up to its name. The calm environment surrounded by balmy waters , gentle breeze and swaying coconut trees soothe your senses. Had the most wonderful time doing absolutely nothing and being one with the elements. Although I stayed at this place during the turbulent covid crises, I was so well looked after by Aurelio. Always smiling and with a positive attitude, he ensured I received the best locally sourced food. It was a cheer to have him around often angling throughout the day and offering an intelligent chat now and then. I appreciated the fact that they were vigilant and wanting to maintain good hygiene and provide a covid safe environment to their guests. Hope to be back again during better times, enjoying beer and whiling away the time with some goan fish curry and rice!

Excellent space with excellent host.

The place is the place to be.. it is centrally located, very near to panaji. If you have a bike then you can go to both north and south Goa easily..
The ambience of the place is really nice and friendly. You can always count on the host to provide you with best service and advise.
They also provide wholesome and tasty breakfast.
With mandovi flowing at the back you spent a leisure evening in the back garden itself by the pool for nice quiet evening.
Would recommend to anyone who prefer peace of mind over hustle of North Goa beaches..

Wonderful Exotic Location

Great Host , quality of service whether its food or stay or any another thing, nicely maintained place located in panji .
A must must stay in goa .The Host had maintained the location so well its more beautiful than it actually shown in pic.

Incredible Service and Great Location

Is this the best welcome you will ever receive in Goa? You will have to book and find out for yourself.
For us, the location, the food, the service and amazing owners (Leo and Jacqueline) make this a MUST stay.
Close to Panjim (just 3km of 4km) from here you can visit the town by bus or taxi. Lots of lovely shops, the river and nice bars are all in town.
Comfy beds, air conditioning, hot water and a relaxing atmosphere make this great value.
Your hosts have lots of knowledge about where to visit and great places to see locally and can arrange your trips.
Don't miss the Spice Farm and a visit to Old Goa.
Highly recommend
