Lovely Stay

This a fabulous Resort with lot of Serenity and peace ones you enter the property.. the Rooms are spacious and very well maintained.. The Food is awesome and customised as per taste. The restaurant staff are very friendly. The Property GM - Sunil Kumar himself is very friendly and helpful. Always wanting to talk to guest and taking care of them..

As A Driver Facilities Not Good

I am a driver visiting Balaram Resort after nearly 12 hours of continuous driving from Nashik, Maharashtra. The way drivers are treated here is completely unacceptable.
Basic facilities provided are in a very poor condition. The beds are unhygienic, the toilets and bathrooms don’t even have proper doors, and there is no electricity. After such a long journey, these are not luxuries — they are basic necessities.
Drivers are not machines. We are human beings and deserve proper rest, hygiene, and dignity. The current arrangements clearly show a lack of concern and respect for drivers.
The management needs to take this seriously and improve the facilities immediately.

Beautiful property, some improvements suggested.

A beautiful property, well maintained gardens, courteous and helpful service. Wide variety of well prepared food.
However some things need improvement. Wifi does not work most of time. There are stray dogs near guest rooms and these must be removed. No English news or movie
channel is available on TV. Management can also think of providing bath mats in the bathroom.

wonderful experience.

The resort is well managed with good restaurant. The staff was friendly and supportive. there is a temple nearby and also an eco reserve area where the kids can enjoy.

A helping hand of our journey

A real help for this hotel during our trip, the room was very spacious, clean and well equipped, the garden is superb, very rich in wildlife (more than 30 species of birds observed in one afternoon alone in the garden!), the teams are at the top, and the food excellent. Only downside, we hated cocktails...
