Nice hotel with Best service

Hotel Raj Palace was very near to Hanumanji temple at Danta. Service from staff was awesome. They were professional in their work and friendly in nature. Ambaji temple and mount abu was very near from this place. Rate was quite reasonable.

Not a good experience

This hotel is around Ambaji temple, since we had no choice someone booked this hotel for us. Rent was 1390 per night for stay..we were thoroughly disappointed as rooms were very small with barely any space to move around.... v felt claustrophobic inside....bedding was so hard that it would hurt ur back v could literally feel the hard coirs inside....v asked for extra bed for 3rd person n to my dismay they offered us a mattress on the floor....bathroom door was right in front of the bed and it was not clean...next day v went for breakfast and I think the kitchen was not in working condition there was no churning of food....the seat covers were not washed for ages....poha and aloo paratha smelt like they were stale....please avoid this place there are another 2 options here in ambaji sadly those are not listed in TripAdvisor

Good for Stay

Visited with family
Good rooms
Over priced - seasonal, though booked hotel much in advance
Reception staff - Overly supportive (misnomer)
Other staff - they only say yes when asked for service but never do the service until pestered or reminded innumerable times
Overall good place for overnight stay without expectations

Pathetic hotel stay

Very bad hotel. Hotel staff is totally unprofessional. Made mistake by booking this hotel during Ambaji trip.
Hotel intercomm phone was not working, elevator is not in proper condition when we checked in. Thnking of registering complaint in local body and file a case against owner of hotel. Food served was not of good quality. Overall very bad experience. Hopefully I would not get chance to interact with this kind of people in future.
