Misleading information about package - very bad support experience
As you can see, in this voucher, they provided full day acitivities in the itinerary. Looking at it, I was misguided to understand that they would take us to all the attractiions they described for "Day 2". Even the Day 2 always is a "Monday" for the special packages starting on Sundays, they did not mention it there and sent the Day 2 activities brochure. They did mention about the cloure of Mondays for all the attractions on the entire town at the bottom under "Important Note" and "TERMS & CONDITIONS".
My question here is, for this "Two nights" package for Sunday & Monday, the attractions are always closed for the Day 2. Then why they sent me the full day activities for Day 2?
I had special planned for this 2 nights/3 days trip to Statue of Unity and after reaching there, I found out that they close on Mondays!!!
I contacted their support and talked with Mr. Parmar, who was very rude to me and bluntly denied to accept any mistake on their part. In this case, I seek for the full refund of my money for the package.
I am attaching herewith a pdf showing what they posted for packages on their website and the confirmation voucher they sent me in email after I booked.
