Good location and better accommodation

We stayed in this facility as a group in October 2024. It is located quite near the Statue of Unity. and on a highway. The rooms are quite clean and well-furnished, though a tad small. The staff is very courteous. A pure vegetarian restaurant in the facility provides food to the guests. The food was average. The hotel also provides taxis for ferrying. We found the taxi drivers very well-behaved and helpful. All in all, heartily recommend staying in this hotel.

Worst experience one can have

I had one of the worst experiences with this property. Extremely unprofessional staff and management.
On the night of 24th, when I enquired about booking, I was quoted around ₹6000 per night including breakfast, dinner and tax. The very next day, when I called to make the advance payment, their manager casually said, “Rates badha diye hain, ab ₹9000 ke around hoga.”
Seriously? First you confirm a price to a customer, then suddenly increase it by ₹3000 and still argue about it? The manager was not just unapologetic but also rude.
And honestly, the property isn’t even worth ₹9000 per night. I easily got Radisson for cheaper.
Advice: Don’t waste your time and money here. The staff and management are highly unprofessional and unreliable. If this is how they treat potential customers before chkin... imagine how they'll treat guests after chkin.
