MGMT very rude,Poor service,poor food quality,dirty blankets.we complaint,they said "YE TO AISE HI RAHEGA,CHALTA HAI

booked for wedding20Jan.allotted 12 rooms for 45 guest,ask to adjust.Rooms were terrible,dirty blankets, broken windows.mgmt.rude,BAD svc&food.When we complaint for the issues they said "YE TO AISE HI RAHEGA, ITNA TO CHALTA HAI".

Extremely dirty, very very dirty , don't even think of staying here.. Wash rooms are horrible

Wash rooms are horrible
No body has clean the corridor for two days.
Room service crockery lying outside the room for two days.
Bedsheets are torn and rooms lights does not work properly.
Washrooms are stinging.
Floors are dirty.

Literally The Last Resort Hotel

Arrived here 11-02-2022. These rooms were made available to us for attending a family wedding. Where do I start. The staff could not locate the key to the room after we unpapacked the other room the door did not lock at all. We had to pack our cases back up and take them with us. This all happened after a really long journey! Rooms cleanliness was disgusting. Pillows cases marked bed stained over nasty. Staff more concerned about looking important more interested in there mobile phones than customer service. Poor WiFi signal. I can’t sleep feel cringed. I will update photos I can’t help but feel the way the whole place is run it makes the hard working Indian around them bad. It’s shameful businesses like this who want to take your hard earned money and give you nothing back for it.

VERY VERY BAD HOTEL DON'T BOOK NEVER

Very poor restaurant service no water served till 3 hours ,no hot water in tap, no towels given as per guest,no handtowel available no toilet paper worst experience overall hotel staff and receptionist guy behaviour is soo rude. All rooms are very dirty.parking condition is very bad. I SUGGEST ALL TRAVELERS NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL
