Awesome experience

The stay at Hotel Chitra Grand was comfortable, specially after a bad experience at oe of the other hotel when a rickshaw wala took me too because of his commission in the nearby area.
Thankfully I managed to change my hotel myself tho this one. The staff here at Chitra Grand was very cordial and they helped me organise a pundit for my pooja too.
I shall recommend to stay here.

Lovely Hotel!

This place has 3 star hotel rooms feel with cublicle bathrooms. Budget friendly as per location, its very convenient to all sides of Haridwar.
Also, was lucky to see a beautiful sunset while enjoying my coffee.
We stayed three nights and visited many ancient temple, Ashram and Ghat we didn’t know about. All thanks to the hotel staff, Especially Rajeev (GM) who referred us.
Small but safe Parking space available for our car.
Overall good experience to return back here again.

Having a wonderful trip with my Husband, All thanks to Rajeev (GM) !

Me and my Husband, We stayed at Hotel Chitra Grand in Haridwar for a two-night couple’s trip, and we were really happy with our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed — especially after long days of walking around the city. The location turned out to be a big plus too; getting to Har Ki Pauri for the evening aarti was quick and easy.
The staff was polite and attentive, and the service felt genuinely warm. A special mention goes to the management — we thanks Rajeev (GM) for personally helping us with local guidance and arranging a smooth early check-out. It was a small gesture but made a noticeable difference.
Overall, a pleasant and reliable stay for couples visiting Haridwar. We’d definitely consider coming back!

Awesome location. Clean & comfortable room. Hygiene maintained in bathroom. Friendly staff with good service. Also, had parking for my car. So was happy with the stay with my family.

Nice experience and comfortable stay

Nice and comfortable stay close to Ganga ghats. Staff is good and helpful. Walking distance from railway station. Will come again.
