A very good and respectful experience with Miss Isha who made it very comfortable and understood our problems and sorted the issue… Ancil from Bar has been very cordial with good hospitality..

The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were good, and the rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained.
The pool was amazing! We particularly loved that it didn’t have the strong chlorine smell you usually notice in swimming pools. It was a very pleasant and refreshing experience for the whole family.
However, the restaurant and room service were a disappointment. The service was extremely slow, and the staff appeared tired and unhappy. I don’t feel the staff should be blamed, as they seemed to be overloaded with work and possibly understaffed.
We waited almost an hour for lunch, which was quite frustrating, especially when travelling with family. I would strongly recommend that the management look into the staffing and workload, provide the team with better support and training, and encourage a more welcoming approach with guests.
Overall, the property has good facilities, clean rooms, a fantastic pool, and very welcoming reception staff. With better staffing, training, and faster service in the restaurant and room service, the overall experience could be excellent.

Great Experience.. soothing stay..

One of the best experience we had..starting from the beginning with booking ease and preferences.. Chandni made sure we get what we look for ..Mr joginder took care of our entertainment part and Mr Sandeep took care of our food part.. very pleasant experience..Great weather..Great hospitality.. worth staying there.. I loved the fact that they go extra mile to cator our needs.. though it comes with a caveat that there are some needs for important in some areas as well as below
1) Turkey is very hostile it should be kept somewhere away from the crowd
2) There was no EGGLESS bread in breakfast buffet which should be there
3) Kids play area is a Must
4) Food menu is Extremely short
5) it's a biscuit and chakli in High tea
Which is below expectation for this catagory of Hotel
