Great Location, Friendly Staff, Good Food.
The location of the hotel is great, the staff are helpful. Best part is being a Bengali they served homely Bengali food, and that was the best part. Also given that Sangla Valley has limited options, this is one of the best hotels.
They can improve on some stuff like intercom/ bell to contact staff as ours was on 2nd floor and had to do a shout to call staff, otherwise all good and value for money.
