Mostly everything is good here

Good hotel they understand English which make translation easier. Good rooms, clean rooms and good customer services. Contain breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is nice and WiFi is good and food here is also good.
The air conditioner is excellent.

Very disappointing stay despite high room rates

I stayed here for four days and had a very poor experience overall. During booking, I clearly requested a queen bed, but at check-in I was informed that only twin beds were available as the hotel was sold out. They promised to change the room the next day, but it never happened until after multiple follow-ups. The new room they gave me was in terrible condition, with a strong washroom smell, jammed bathroom door, broken shower handle, and visible fungus on the walls.
Housekeeping was equally disappointing — rooms and washrooms were not cleaned properly unless I called and specifically requested it every day.
The cleanliness across the property is unacceptable. It’s common to see rats and cockroaches, even in the breakfast area where rats roam freely and the staff seem unconcerned. Food options are extremely limited and of poor quality.
Considering the high room rates, the service and hygiene standards are nowhere close to expectations. I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews, but it turned out to be one of my worst hotel experiences.
The only positive is that the location is calm and peaceful, though access to the resort is a bit challenging.

Worst experience

Firstly It’s more of a corporate Pg and not a hotel . The room is fine but service sucks! They don’t provide any basic toilet amenities like toothpaste, tissues etc . It’s upon a lot , lot of insisting they’ll give you. Secondly ,The so called “free breakfast “ is more of a Pg food with lowest quality , unhygienically displayed , 0 variety and smelly area . The poori/ curry was cold, kept with lid open and mess wasn’t clean! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Good economic hotel

Rating it to 5* as per price it is available. It is hardly 100 meter from main road. Rooms sizes are very good (it's kind of suit room size). Room service was also good. Breakfast menu was short but i think it is justified with the price.

Stingy Cheaters!

Owner Mr. Murti started cribbing about online booking price and complaining that he cannot afford it... I had to set of bookings.. 1st for 2 days later for 5 days... I have been indirectly forced to cancel my next 5 days booking and had to check out in two days... Went through insult and agony..
