Dirty Rooms, Rude Staff & Not Suitable for Familie

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked this hotel through OYO for my family, expecting a clean and safe place to stay, but it was a complete disappointment. The rooms were extremely dirty. The bedsheets and linen had stains and hair, and looked like they had not been changed after the previous guests. The washroom was filthy and unhygienic. The most shocking part was finding a used condom packet inside one of the rooms. This clearly showed that the room had not been cleaned properly before our check-in. Such negligence is completely unacceptable, especially for families. When we informed the staff, their behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, they showed no concern for our complaints. I have photographs of the room condition and other issues as evidence. Based on my experience, I strongly advise families and other travellers to avoid this property. There are much better hotels in Ujjain that maintain proper hygiene and respect their guests. I would also urge OYO to inspect this property more carefully, as it does not meet the basic standards expected from an OYO-listed hotel.
