Fantastic Marriage Garden
Exploring this property for a wedding ceremony could be a good proposition. It has 45+ room with attached toilet, AC & TV in each of the rooms and good outside view. The rooms have a good ambiance. This hotel could be used for arranging business conference as well as small parties besides stay. Lobby of the hotel is impressive and spacious. It has lifts for going up to 3rd floor. The location is the bypass road convenient to the outstation guests who use their own vehicle. It has a large AC banquet hall and a green lawn that can easily accommodate 1500 guest for a reception party. It also has a RCC reception stage and ample parking facility. For those residing in the city, it could be a distant location depending upon place of stay.

Worst experience Ever!
I had visited this property last month as a guest. I would say that this is the worst behaviour that I have experienced in a while. They dont have adequate staff which causes a lot of problem. The owners of the property are personally involved in all the decisions. The owners do not have any experience of hospitality sector and I can assure you they will make your life a hell for the days that you will stay here. Due to change of ownership, this property has lost all of its energy. If you want to enjoy the wedding or your party, stay as far away as possible from this property. The staff and owners are sweet first and as soon as you book the property, their behaviour changes. I have suffered, please don't make this mistake again.

Un_Professional Attitude
Organized a Marriage ceremony at this Property, quite spacious, Beautiful and Close to City, but:
1. Even after Contractual written agreement for Payment towards Full Property for 48hours, they keep asking for a) Charges for Photography connection, b) Charges for Coffee Machine Connection, c) Charges for Water used by Caterer, d) Charges for Guard and Valleys Parking, though mentioned as in-house facility, e) Charges for Parking the vehicle at Porches during Dropping & Boarding of Guests.
Their behavior changes once the Full Payment was made to them, Shouts over Phone for petty issues, Management is very un-professional and don't know how to behave, they know only 1 language i. e. MONEY
Never ever settle for any Security deposit as they may deduct all above undue charges from you while settling for Final Bill.
Their Manager talks uselessly, with No atiquets and what ever He promises he will refuse at a later stage & put you in trouble in front of your guests.

Awesome party/wedding place
Waterlily is an awesome place for a Grand Royal wedding. Our family had a wedding here sometime back and totally loved how the management put their heart and soul into making every wedding function successful. The 2 day function was totally a blast. The team proactively took care of our last minute requests and demands with a smiling face. They were super supportive, always available and ready to help. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful with all the amenities, plenty of lighting and hot water in the bathroom. The party hall is huge with great ambience, new carpets and was beautifully decorated. The main reception was held in their beautiful large garden. It looks absolutely amazing in the night with lightings and decorations. The food was fantastic, super tasty with great quality and variety. They had ample of parking. All in all, the guests thoroughly enjoyed our families' wedding here !!!! We don't have to think twice in booking our next party here !!!

Extraordinary Service with Amazing Staff
Good food, Amazing ambience, Lovely staff and one of the Best Hotel Stay experience that I had in Indore at a wedding at Hotel Waterlily. Rooms are big and luxuries.
Besides the beautiful room, hotel interior and food offerings, the service extended to me and my fellow guests was at par. The attention to detail paid to us was phenomenal, from attentive service to staff on hand at any time of the day to promptly assist with any and all requests, to the warmest of welcomes from the Managers of the hotel. It was wonderful and very peaceful hotel stay. Highly recommend to those looking for a place to book your next Event - Waterlily goes that one extra mile to make your experience excellent and enjoyable !!
