Honest facts about Sahil Hotel Jaipur
The Prices are Dirt cheap if you want an AC room. Much better than other tourist locations.
You can bargain on the price of the room.
I liked the food, but again it depends, you might not like it if you are not used to Spicy food.
room Service is prompt and the staff is decent and helping.
Cons:
The Entrance to the hotel is shabby with a very narrow stairway, though it is located right at a road circle. The locality in which this Hotel is located is not good, with all sorts of people sleeping outside the hotel on the footpath and the you get a view of this only from every room of the hotel.
Either do carry a Photocopy/Xerox of your ID proof or else you will have to leave the ID with the Reception staff if you do a late check in, since all xerox shops are closed pretty early in an around that area.
This hotel i guess is only meant for Backpackers or Bachelors or for families, who are on lookout for a very budget hotel. Jaipur is a safe city, hence i do not think that the locality could pose any threat to any family, since i did see a few families staying here. Hence its your take at last !
