One of the best Stays in Jaipur

The hotel is rightly name as City Center as it was really a very convinent location for me to travel around. I would specially like to than Mr. Neeraj who was an amazing help and never denied any request that we had. Even upgarded my room. The servie and cleanliness of the rooms are just amazing. Also last thing I want to add is the great spread of Breakfast and Dinner that I was able to take take. It was totally worth every penny.

Not a pleasant experience

It was not a pleasant stay due to below reasons:
1. Exhaust fan was not working in the washroom
2. Climate control system in the room was not up to the mark
3. WC Faucet was not working properly
4. Windows were not sound proof. We could hear car horns and sirens whole night from nearby road
5. Lack of space was felt for Swimming pool and Gym
6. Lot of traffic while approaching the hotel

The breakfast was limited but tasty . The overall stay was very good we even got upgraded to business class room . The only negative is the price of room service item , I got 2 plain roti for almost Rs300 and one cup of tea was more than Rs400

Not satisfactory

Reception desk is pathetic. They just work like a dhaba reception. Not smart enough to handle situations & give solution. Especially the guy Akash. No intervention of seniors. Didn’t see the GM around in last 2 days. Food is crap, especially South Indian. The oil was bad , can’t expect from a star hotel. Room interior is just basic wrt the charges they are taking. Not recommended.

Best hotel in Jaipur

Best hotel experience I've ever had. All the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I recommend it.
