After reviewing your reservation, we found that your booking was made through a third-party travel partner. As per the booking terms, the payment confirmation was to be completed by the third-party agency prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication from their end, the payment had not been processed before your check-out, which resulted in additional verification and a longer waiting time.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we regret the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that our team was following the required procedures to ensure a secure and accurate check-in process, and there was never any intention to cause discomfort.

1.There was no micro wave in the room to warm food, although they asked us to call for home service. I think something are meant to be private...
2. We had to call to turn on hot water..they should have informed us that they turn off hot water at 11th-hour.
