Great stay
The staff made us feel welcome and took care of us. The rooms were well maintained and clean.
The food are the Lazeez restaurant was amazing and full of flavour. The breakfast spread has great variety.
Had a great time and would surely return for amazing hospitality.

Worst hospitality in jhansi
When we ask for bedding for kid they are asking for extra money. Even no hotel is doing like this.
Even I have take two rooms of there upper capping but no privilege for customer.
I highly recommend not stay at this property

Lovely stay. Home away from home. Super food and service. Spacious rooms
Superb hotel. Good facilities and excellent food, ambience and rooms.
So much greenry around. Staff and food excellent. When ever in Jahansi must stay here. Good Wishes to all.

Not worth for money behaviours wise
I stayed on 17/12/2025 room no 113
Another worst thing happened on 18/12/2025 during check out my six months baby girl diapers get leaked and because of that there come a spot on bed sheet. So during check out they told me to pay 2300 rs for bed sheet and told me to take bed with me….
After that I oppose for that they misbehave with me and then they have taken 2300 rs after that I make it clean with Trimble laundry and after days I showed to them it’s a matter of 18/12/2025
It’s not at all baby friendly hotel because if your baby do something wrong then you have to purchase it from them….
Government should take some action against them. Actually that hotel is of some Bahu Bali man of Jhansi… So they are making loot in that hotel..
I am real sufferer and victim of this….
Very Bad experience No body should stayed with them specially if you are with your newborn because it’s going to be expensive if something happen…
