Best place to stay

I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus.
The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features.
However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size.
In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

Leaking Hotel

The bathroom was leaking in room number 112 and no repairs were possible. The tap was leaking , the flush was not working and the shower was leaking. I had to fill buckets and flush it down. Very ordinary hotel

Hotel food is terrible or worst i have experince in kanpur,Lift not working all time ,TV not working,Intercom not working ,very discomforted stay & will never recomand or stay in this type of good looking but worst hotel again my life.

Worst service

Worst service and behaviour by reception staff while making the booking they will tel you that we will provide early check-in but you have to pay charges they never give early check in.
Bathroom always smell dirty.
