Locational Advantage
Location is good. It is right on the river front. Atmosphere is serene. Rooms, where we stayed, were small. Cleanliness is good. Noise level is low. Food quality is good. Room service is not so good. Staff is polite. Rates are high, with regard to the overall value, this place can offer. If you are doing group booking, please ask for detailed menu, before booking. In our case (for group booking), we had to pay to get certain items (like dosa, omelette) for breakfast. Others could take all items (which were available) for breakfast, without paying any extra cost. We find this kind of last minute surprises really unique & unprofessional.

The stay was good. The food was excellent and delicious. Service was very good too. Swimming pool was an additional attraction. The location besides the river is fantastic. Would like to specially mention Apurva and Saniya for their excellent service and also Vivek of the games room . Akshay was good in overall coordination.

Had called paramount for booking from website number 8433754040. There was no response. After that immediately got a call from 8402932597 from Abhishek Sharma stating calling from paramount. Told him the requirement and after discussion finalize the same. He asked for full payment for booking. Once payment done he called back there is booking error and said do payment again and will refund the previous amount paid. Once payment done second time he sent the booking invoice. After chasing for the refund of 1st amount he didn't respond. Then again we 7709143987 sudhir the manager said we are aware that it's fraud been done by Abhishek Sharma.
Abhishek Sharma number is still active his profile has details of paramount hotel.
The question also raised that if we are calling paramount website how come Abhishek Sharma knows the person details who called the booking.
